at £3.00 for one event or £5.00 for more than one event
Photo-finish / electric timing expected at all meetings
Track events start at 7.00pm on Wednesdays, 12.00pm on Sundays. Field events start at 7.15pm on Wednesdays, 11.30am on Sundays

REMEMBER WEDNESDAY EVENING PROGRAMMES ARE EXTREMELY POPULAR
AND REGULARLY REQUIRE A FULL EVENING’s TIMETABLE FROM 7.00pmTHROUGH TO 10.00pm

EACH WEDNESDAY EVENING’S PROGRAMME WILL DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES. PRE-ENTRIES WILL BE GIVEN PRIORITY.

HURDLES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE WEDNESDAYEVENING PROGRAMMES BUT MAY BE INCLUDED FOR COMPETITION AT 6.45pm
IF THERE ARE AT LEAST 3 ENTRIES PER RACE AND A REQUEST FOR ANYRACE IS RECEIVED 7 DAYS BEFORE THE RELEVANT MEETING.

EXTRA FIELD EVENTS CAN BE STAGED AT SHORTNOTICE (48HOURS) IF COMPETITORS BRING THEIR OWN UKA GRADED FIELD JUDGES.

ALL TRACK RACES WILL BE SEEDED USING DECLARED PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS AND CAN COMPRISE MALES AND FEMALES.

ALL FIELD EVENTS WILL BE FOR ALL AGE GROUPS& BOTH SEXES
EXTRA FIELD EVENTS CAN BE STAGED AT SHORT NOTICE (48HOURS) IF COMPETITORS BRING THEIR OWN UKA GRADED FIELD JUDGES.

UNDER 13’s MAY COMPETE WITH OLDER AGE GROUPS WHEN UKA RULES PERMIT.
REMEMBER UNDER 13 DOES NOT INCLUDE UNDER 11s UNLESS THEY WILL BE OVER 11 BY 31th August 2007.
