General information

The Start and Finish is in Cassiobury Park at the top of the park.

The course is an undulating course over country roads and lanes.

All results and information will be posted on www.watfordharriers.org.uk.

Full Results and write up of the Half Marathon will be in the Watford Observer.

Closing date is 19th January 2008 or when entry limit of 2400 has been reached,
Please note this is a very popular event and entries have closed early for the last 3 years

NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY FOR THE HALF MARATHON.

Race Headquarters is at The Colosseum WD17 3JN approx 800m from the start,
and 1200m from Watford Junction and Watford Metropolitan stations.

Baggage storage facilities are available in the Colosseum .

This years supported charity is again the Watford Peace Hospice.

Optional donation to the Watford Peace Hospice £5.00. Last year over £2000 was raised by your kind donations.

Chip timing by Sports Systems will again be used to ensure accuracy and speed of producing the results..

Your Race number will be sent out shortly before the race.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the race if adverse weather should make conditions too dangerous for competitors.
In this event, NO REFUNDS will be given and the prize list will be donated to a suitable charity.

plus category and team prizes including 1st married couple
and numerous spot prizes. Team prizes based on aggregate times.

Bonus of £100 for breaking race record (Men 64m 50sec Ladies 73mins 27sec)
